Because our services are personal and time-intensive, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Specific refund terms will be noted in your engagement summary. We will always work in good faith to resolve concerns.

Sessions are booked via our scheduling provider. Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may forfeit the session at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate information, participate actively, and implement guidance in a manner appropriate to your situation. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Career elevation services do not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, salary increases, or any specific employment outcome. We provide premium strategy, tools, and positioning — results depend on many factors outside our control.

AI agent, automation, and training services do not guarantee revenue, leads, savings, or other business results. We provide professional implementation and education; performance depends on your market, operations, and execution.

All materials, frameworks, courseware, templates, and proprietary systems produced by The Ester AI Translate Group, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own purposes.

You may not use this website to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape content at scale, or violate any law. We may modify or remove site content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ester AI Translate Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service.
