A premium consulting practice for the new economy.
Education-rooted insight, intelligent technology, and deeply human guidance, delivered with the polish your goals and business deserve.
An educator's foundation, a strategist's mind.
Shelly Ester's professional background has been rooted in education: years in the classroom teaching students, followed by years running a learning lab. That foundation shapes everything she does today: translating complex ideas into clear, confident action for professionals and organizations navigating AI.
AI shouldn't leave anyone behind.
The Ester AI Translate Group was founded on a simple conviction: the AI era should expand opportunity, not narrow it. Too many capable professionals and small businesses are watching the future happen to them. This practice exists to put the tools, language, and strategy back into their hands.
Translate complexity into confident action.
We translate AI into clear strategy, practical education, and intelligent systems that respect the human at the center. Whether you're learning, modernizing, or building, we meet you where you are and elevate from there.
Building from the city that taught the world how to build.
Detroit's story is one of resilience, reinvention, and craftsmanship. Our work reflects that DNA: premium, durable, and rooted in community. We invest first in the leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations who make Detroit move.
Practical AI literacy for real people and real businesses.
We translate AI tools, from chat models to voice agents to automation platforms, into workflows that respect your time, your team, and your customers.
A learning home for Detroit's next generation of AI fluency.
The Detroit AI Learning Lab is a program of The Ester AI for Good Initiative, bringing AI confidence to professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and faith communities across the city.
Let's translate your next chapter.
Whether you're building AI confidence or modernizing your business, the conversation starts the same way: with a clear, private consultation.
